Financial Information

Bank Yourself Silly is a personal budgeting tool and does not constitute financial advice. The Service does not connect to any bank or financial institution on your behalf. All financial data you enter is entered manually and remains your responsibility. We accept no liability for decisions made based on information displayed in the app.

Service Availability

We aim to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control may cause temporary unavailability. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with reasonable notice where possible.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bank Yourself Silly and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to loss of data or financial loss. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim (which, as this is a free service, is nil).
